Sabrina is the Director of our Dothan location and helps keeps operations running. She is a welcome face to many parents and students and always happy to help families as needed. Sabrina is the face behind social media, organizing gym events, community events and working with local media. Her background in marketing and desire to see this sport grow in her home state is strong.

She advocates for our athletes at all facilities and desires to see continued growth in our programs at Montgomery, Dothan and Troy. Sabrina has been part of the gymnastics community for nearly a decade and strives to see others come to love this sport also.

Jarrett brings years of knowledge about competitive and recreation gymnastics to United. As an Optional Head Coach, he is often seen in the gym training our competitive teams Level 6 - Level 10 in order to compete their best at meets. His motivating personality keeps our athletes inspired, encouraged and ready to learn each day.

Jarrett is a seasoned USAG Judge and is able to help see critical details that help this team thrive. He is well respected in the gymnastics community for both his judging and coaching abilities. 

If you know Kelly, you know she loves her students and desires to see them grow as they learn skills and gain confidence. Kelly works with our Recreational boys and girls 6-18 years of age and you will find that she loves to see children succeed in all skill abilities.

Coach Kelly has a huge heart for children of all abilities. She began coaching our HUGS (Hope Unites Gymnastics with Special-Athletes) Team in 2023. These athletes achieve much under Coach Kelly's guidance and proudly stand as the 2023 Alabama State HUGS Champions!

Kelly always has a smile on her face and a word of encouragement. She loves seeing fears being met and goals being achieved.

Zoey coaches our pre-team and prepares them well to become future competitive gymnasts. She assists on with Compulsory and Xcel team as needed and is a great well rounded asset to the United team. 

​

Zoey also trains young preschool gymnastics and school age gymnasts, beginner through adva. She always has a great smile on her face and kids love her positive attitude. Zoey is great with children. She is motivating and loves to see kids learn through gymnastics.

Madison coaches our Level 2-3 and is a motivating coach. She has a background in gymnastics herself as a former gymnast and enjoys seeing young gymnasts succeed. 

​

Madison also coaches intermediate gymnastics, and assists Optional teams. You will also find her at the front desk during the day. She brings a wealth of knowledge to United. 

Josie is a Level 8 gymnast who has earned both state and regional achievements in her gymnastics career. She is a talented gymnast who coaches our Rising Stars and coaches as needed in other classes.

She is a current competitive gymnast who trains many hours at the gym as she continues to grow her own pursuits in this sport and is a strong role model for young gymnasts.

Elizabeth is a former competitive gymnast who recently completed her Xcel Platinum season in 2024. She is an early high school graduate, and we are honored to have her as part of our coaching team.  Elizabeth is a great coach of all age gymnasts and is always kind, encouraging and eager to see students learn. She coaches recreational classes of all ages and assists with compulsory and xcel teams.

Emma is a former competitive gymnast who recently completed her Level 7 season. She has state and regional achievements is a motivating coach bringing personal experience to her students. Emma substitutes as needed and helps each year during summer camp and other gym events. 

Maddy joins the United team after a successful 6 ys of competitive dancing. She enjoys seeing young athletes succeed is has a great eye for form and body control. She enjoys working with children of all abilities and is a positive, encouraging coach. Coach Maddy often coaches our preschool gymnasts however she is also a great coach for all ages.​

Chara joined our team with over 20 years of coaching experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the table as a former competitive gymnast. She has coached gymnasts of all ages including both recreational classes and team gymnasts.

Chara coaches Compulsory Levels 4-5 and also coaches many of our day classes with students of all ages. She is  an encouraging coach for young gymnasts desiring to achieve their dreams. ​

Lilah Grace brings her person background of gymanstics and cheer to our coaching team. She began gymnastics at the age of 3 and later competed for 6 years. She ultimately landed in competitive cheer and high school cheer until she graduated high school. She loves both sports and is excited to work alongside young athletes as they work to meet their own personal goals in gymnastics, tumbling and cheer.

You'll find Theresa at birthday parties helping parents and kids have the best memories. As a mother herself, she understands the importance of your child's special day. She has a personal background as a college athlete and a professional background in marketing and social media campaigning.
